A. General Office Administration
Manage general office duties, including answering calls and overseeing pantry duties on a rotation basis.
Coordinate room bookings and prepare event signage.
Provide administrative support for Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM).
B. Ministry Administrative Support
Translation & Documentation:
Translate materials between English and Chinese, including Deacon’s meeting notes, sermon PowerPoint slides, and devotional passages.
Guest Speaker Liaison:
Coordinate logistics and communication for guest speakers.
Bulletin Preparation:
Compile and print the weekly prayer bulletin.
Event Coordination:
Oversee administrative preparations for baptism services and church elections, including candidate tracking and logistics management for AGM, EGM, and related ministry events.
Pastoral Support:
Provide administrative assistance to one Congregation Pastor and the Christian Education Pastor.
Other Duties:
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Office Manager or requested by the Senior Pastor/Pastors.
<< Requirements & Qualifications>>
Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
Proficiency in office technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and social media platforms.
Bilingual (English & Chinese) – written and spoken to support translation needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to improve administrative workflows for efficiency.
Detail-oriented and systematic in handling tasks with thorough follow-through.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with ministries, volunteers, and staff.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative to contribute to church operations.
